We believe in a straightforward & competitive fee structure with no hidden additional costs.
Management Fee – 6.6% inc GST (we can negotiate on this if you have multiple properties)
Letting Fee – Between 1 & 1.5 weeks rent plus GST (charged for new tenancies only)
Marketing Cost – $165 inc GST (includes professional photography, signboard, Domain.com.au & RealEstate.com.au standard online ads)
(In the rare event of a Tribunal hearing our time is charged at $55/hr; for extensive renovations, our project management fee is to be determined).
