Fees

We believe in a straightforward & competitive fee structure with no hidden additional costs.

Management Fee – 6.6% inc GST (we can negotiate on this if you have multiple properties)
Letting Fee – 1 week rent plus GST (charged for new tenancies only)
Advertising Fee – $99 inc GST (includes professional photography where required, signboard, Domain & RealEstate standard online ads)

(In the rare event of a Tribunal hearing our time is charged at $55/hr; for extensive renovations, our project management fee is negotiable).
